Abhijit Talwalkar: Council of Outstanding Early Career Engineers - 2001

Abhi Talwalkar is a Vice President and Assistant General Manager of the Enterprise Platform Group (EPG) within Intel's Intel Architecture Group (IAG). EPG focuses on developing, marketing, and supporting building blocks for enterprise computing including the design of IA-32 and Itanium(tm) processors, chipsets, and platforms for workstations and servers.

He was promoted to this position in the summer of 2001. Prior to joining Intel, Talwalkar held senior engineering and marketing management positions at Sequent Computer Systems (now IBM), Bipolar Integrated Technology Incorporated, and Lattice Semiconductor Inc.
